What – you haven’t heard of a snap dog? It’s okay, we don’t judge. It’s not just a clever name – this Vienna beef dog has a thicker skin and snaps when you bite into it. Top it off with all the condiments and grab some fries for $1.00 more.

Oscar’s Bear Burger

Da Bears are Da Best. The Oscar’s Bear Burger is a tribute to the greatest football team ever and to Oscar Cardenas for introducing this monster to our menu.  It seems Oscar is from Chicago and this was his favorite burger, aptly named the “Poppa Burger.”  We took Oscar’s not so secret recipe and made it a Bono’s staple.  Shouldn’t have to tell you, Oscar is now a regular customer.  Combining our 100% beef patty, gyro meat, grilled onions, double cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and special sauce, the Oscar’s Bear Burger deserves a trophy.

Bono’ Special Burgers are 100% beef, served on a sesame seed bun and come with lettuce, tomato, raw, or grilled, onions, pickles and your choice of spreads. Our cheeseburger tops it off with a slice of your favorite cheese. Add your choice of sauteed mushrooms, bacon or jalapenos for .50 cents more, fries for only .60 cents more. For $1.00 more, you can make it a double burger.

We have two homemade giardinieras you can take home. Our traditional giardinieara blends celery, jalapeno, secret spices, olive oil and red wine vinegar. Our new homemade spicy giardiniera features cauliflower, celery, onions, jalapenos, red bell peppers, olive oil, secret spices, and red wine vinegar.

We know, what’s a “Philly” doing in a Chicago-style restaurant.  Well, even the folks in the Windy City can’t deny this is an American classic (and some think the original was originated on the South Side).  Take some thinly sliced beef, or chicken, and add your choice of sweet peppers, onions, mushrooms, Sport Peppers, Jalapenos, or whatever else you want, plus your choice of cheese.
